If I had my Rem 870 barrel cut down to around 13 inches, will any gunsmith be able to thread the barrel attach this choke(see photo) to the it?  Will this make the Shot group any tighter than without a choke?  Thank you krub.

คำถามตรงใจพอดีเลยครับ เพราะกำลังเลง 870 ศูยน์ไรเฟิลอยู่เหมือนกัน 

คงอยากได้พกสะดวก แต่กลุ่มแคบไม่บาน  :) 
ผมแค่สงสัยว่า เหลือระยะแค่นี้ไม่กลัวแก๊สหรือสะเก็ดหรือครับ ?

ร้านซ่อมน่าจะไม่มีรีมเมอร์ตัดเกลียว
แต่ถ้าตัดลำกล้อง  ก็ไม่ควรจะไปยุ่งอะไรกับปลายลำกล้องให้มันยาวขึ้นโดยใช่เหตุ

Thank you krub :)  I was hoping to find a few chokes for such a shorter barrel instead of a few barrels, which is more difficult to do, in Thailand krub :)  Will any machine shop in Thailand be able to do(thread the barrel and fit the choke to it) so? Just wondering aloud krub :)    I was hoping to cut it down to about 14 inches, similar to the old Franchi with a folding stock from Butler Creek...but I may opt for a full stock with 14" too if K.Supin thinks is more appropriate.. Never had any experience with the folding stock before except the one one Mod. 870P krub.  Thank you again.
