I have recently put a deposit  to buy a gun, providing that the gun shop owner will take care of Por3 and Por4 procedures. He told me that I could expect getting Por3 in a few weeks, then I should come back to the shop to pay the full amount and to get the gun( which is aready available on date of deposit ). Lastly, await getting Por4, of which normally takes 3-4 weeks after Por3 receiving.
I am wondering whether it is the normal practise? any advice(s)? I am Thai citizen but sory can't type in Thai krub.
