What are you topic?  - since topic is Singular, then the verb should be singular as well.  Hence..
What is your topic?

I am proposal about conversation. - proposal is NOUN and if you are to use V2B, ie AM, then it should be in Present Continuous Form krub.  Such as,....
I am proposing a conversation session...

How are you everybody? -  Now this is a very tricky one.  You can do this krub, 'HOW ARE YOU?' or 'HOW is everybody?'  or 'How are you all?'  But not 'How are you everybody?'  krub.

'will  have been learning' is FUTURE PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE and should be used properly krub.

I am not saying to suggest that you didn't know what you were saying though.  I was merely making sure we understood each other here

เรื่องของรูปประโยคและ Tense ใช้ช่วยแปลความหมายของประโยคได้ดีครับ...

หลักสำคัญมีอยู่ว่า "หนึ่งประโยคเดี่ยวๆ มีกริยาได้ตัวเดียว... หากมีกริยาหลายตัวให้มองหาคำเชื่อมประโยค แล้วแยกออกเป็นประโยคเล็กหลายประโยค"... จากนั้นค่อยมองหาประธานของประโยคเล็ก แยกความหมายเป็นประธาน+กริยา+กรรม ของประโยคเล็กครับ...

คนไทยชอบสับสนเรื่อง Gramma เพราะพยายามเขียนให้ถูก Tense... แต่ที่ถูกต้องจริงๆ คือการเขียนให้เข้าใจความหมายด้วยการใช้ Tense เป็นเครื่องมือ...

มีควมแตกต่างกันนะครับ ระหว่างเอา"ความหมาย"เป็นตัวตั้งก่อน... กับเอา"ไวยยากรณ์"เป็นตัวตั้งก่อน...

กริยาตัวอื่นที่เหลือจะต้องถูกเปลี่ยนเป็น to+verb, verb+ing, หรือไม่ก็ต้องเปลี่ยนเป็นคำขยาย ซึ่งแล้วแต่ว่าขยายแบบไหน...

จะเห็นว่าภาษาอังกฤษรวบรัดกว่า นอกจากการขยายความกันมากแล้ว ยังมีการอ้างอิงคำเดิม ศัพท์เดิมในประโยค หรือความข้างต้นโดยไม่เขียนซ้ำใหม่ เวลาอ่านจึงต้องดูความรวมอย่าแปลแล้วทิ้งประโยค/วลีข้างหน้าครับ
